Located in a building that dates back to 1818, Country from the Heart was founded in a former residence in 1994. It houses the work of owner and folk artist Tammie J. Weaver. You’ll find primitive reproductions and folk art from America's finest craftsmen and artists. Items include Redware, Old World pewter, Schneeman Folk Art, the Debbee Thibault collection, shaker boxes, Whendi’s Mohair bears and animals, hand-painted gameboards, and hooked, braided and woven rugs, as well as hand-painted seasonal eggs, molded papier mache, wooden ornaments and wood items. 

The shop exhibits rustic Amish country flair, gracing adorable things like decorative themed sets of eggs that are hand-painted and antiqued, to flowerpots to add whimsy to the garden. One-of-a-kind papier mache boxes lend a country feeling to any home. And seasonal wood cutouts, designed and painted by Tammy, bring personality to any door or fence.
